Day 3 of the LFW Winter/Festive 2014 saw bong beauty Konkona Sen walk for designer Anavila Mishra.
Adding to the list of hot celebrities, Day 3 of the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2014 saw several celebrities walking the ramp for some of the most talented designers from across the country on August 21, 2014. Indian actress Konkana Sen Sharma hit the ramp as the showstopper for designer Anavila Mishra.
Sen wore a sari which was inspired by Mishra’s collection Mohenjo Daro. The ‘Page 3’ actress carried the sari which was draped like a dhoti with minimum make up and jewellery. Sharma expressed that she was thrilled and said, “I am not really closely associated with Lakme but I am very fond of Anavila’s collections.”
Actress Shriya Saran too stunned the audience as she walked the runway for designer Sashikant Naidu, on Day 3 of the bi-annual event. Saran was drapped in a floral print sari and finished her looked with a nosering. Naidu’s collection included a range of scarves, jackets, skirts, lehengas, saris.
The ramp also saw actress Sonal Chauhan who dazzled the ramp in a complete rajput look by designer Purvi Joshi. The ‘Jannat’ actress was seen in an off white long skirt and top with plenty of mirror work all over. The couturier’s collection included outfits which had a taste of Indo-Western silhouettes which were made in Khadi. The LFW 2014 will conclude on August 24, 2014.
