A stylish Kareena Kapoor Khan was seen post an intense yoga session in the city
The Mujhse Dosti Karoge actress was seen in a casual ripped denim jacket, white t-shirt and black leggings with her hair tied up in a bun. Kareena’s yoga instructor Anshuka Parwani spoke to a leading daily about the actress’s fitness regime and said, “It’s not about jumping but holding postures. Kareena can hold the position for up to two minutes which is an achievement.”
Parwani added, “Her workout is tailor-made and we keep changing the routines. Post pregnancy, it’s been a lot more about balancing out hormones and the endocrine system. She practices the ‘Aerial Silk Yoga’ which uses a low-hanging hammock to aid traditional postures by supporting your entire body weight mid-air.” This is not the first time the actress has taken up fitness as a religion. The actress had successfully moulded her body in to zero figure for her movie Tashan which also starred husband Saif Ali Khan.
Kareena in an earlier interview with a leading daily shared that she put on 18 kgs and after pregnancy she wanted to once again indulge in the Tashan diet to which her dietician Rujuta Diwekar advised not to get in that process as it is a gradual and the body needs a lot more nutrition.
