Kareena in an earlier interview advised all the mothers who have gone through the nine months of pregnancy and said, “One very important thing all women should know is that in one pregnancy, you lose five years of calcium in the body. So getting back into shape also means accelerating the calcium levels in the body.”
The Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham actress has always followed Rijut Diwekar and continues her fitness regime under her guidance. Kareena had once worked out to get a zero figure for the film Tashan. The actress will soon begin shoot of the upcoming film Veere Di Wedding.
