Jacqueline Fernandez and Sidharth Malhotra launched the song Bandook Meri Laila, from their upcoming film A Gentleman at an event in Mumbai on August 14, 2017. The lead actors made sure they grabbed all the attention as they generously posed for the shutterbugs at the event.

Sidharth looked dapper in a striped shirt, red blazer and pair of denims, while Jacqueline looked gorgeous in a colorful gown. The actor sung the song live for the audience at the event which also saw the presence of the composers Sachin-Jigar . Sidharth has rapped a portion of the song. The actor talked about his experience and said, “When I heard the song I fell in love with this track. It’s got an attitude. We were debating if there should be a rap. So we decided to try once. We did a lot of hard work.”

Sidharth turned rapper for the film, while Jacqueline learnt pole dancing and is seen showing off some of her sensual moves in the song Chandralekha. The actor will be seen playing a double role in the film. Sidharth, during the event, was also asked on how he used to impress his earlier girlfriends to which he said, “I used to do bad desi raps. As a true gentleman, I made less mistakes. I treat them nicely, especially my girlfriends.”

The upcoming film is directed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimouri and is ready to be released in theatres on August 25, 2017.
