BollywoodGaram.com: The Deols hosted a grand Sangeet ceremony for the wedding of Ahana Deol and Vaibhav Vohra. Ahana’s mother, Hema Malini, her father Dharmendra, sister Esha Deol and brother-in-law Bharat Takhtani were photographed at the Sangeet ceremony which was held at Hotel ITC Grand Maratha in Mumbai on February 1, 2014.
Other guests at the ceremony included actress Madhoo, Sonam Kapoor, Arjan Bajwa, Anushka Manchanda and Nishka Lulla. While talking to reporters at the event, Hema Malini said that her own marriage happened very quickly, so there was no time for a big celebration. Malini went on to say that now there is going to be a big fat Punjabi wedding in the family.
For the ceremony, Ahana looked beautiful in a blue lehenga, while her sister Esha also looked pretty in a silver and orange lehenga and carried her injured hand in a matching arm sling. Madhoo arrived at the event with her two daughters. The ceremony was a grand event, attended by a large number of family members and several celebrities.
Ahana is the daughter of veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, while Vaibhav is a Delhi-based businessman. Vaibhav and Ahana met at Esha’s wedding in 2013 and fell for each other instantly, while the two families did not have any issues and gave their consent right away.
