The Bollywood Couple Ended Their Secret Love Affair Earlier This Year

It’s heartbreaking news – lovebirds Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput have ended their secret (or not so secret) love affair. The two started dating each other after they met on sets of their upcoming film Raabta, which releases on June 9, 2017.

If rumours are to be believed, the lovely couple parted ways because they weren’t sure about the future of their relationship. This is one of the many reasons why Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput never publicly admitted to being in a serious relationship. Their crackling chemistry often grabbed attention when they stepped out together on dates, the two seemed almost inseparable on vacations!

Seems like personal differences creeped into their otherwise fairytale like relationship after a year of seeing each other. When they met each other, Sushant Singh Rajput was still overcoming his breakup with longtime girlfriend and television actress, Ankita Lokhande, while Kriti Sanon was still figuring out her career as an actress in Bollywood. Soon after, Sushant’s mood swings and temperamental issues started making things difficult for Kriti. On the other hand, close friends reveal that Kriti had become too possessive and clingy about Sushant which made him uncomfortable.

Eventually, both realized that the relationship was not going anywhere and decided to amicably part ways before it was too late and things started getting ugly.

Given that Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput never talked about their relationship, it’s obvious that they won’t talk about their breakup either. But it’s sad to see this lovely couple part ways.

There was a time when the two were the cutest couple in town and always stepped out together, be it award shows or parties. Their rumoured affair became talk of the town as their comfort level with each other was hard to miss!

No wonder the two haven’t been spotted together for a while. Sushant Singh Rajput was even spotted at Karan Johar’s Valentine’s Day party in a T-shirt with a loud message – ‘Comfortably Single’.

Now that the couple has parted ways, it’ll be interesting to see if their breakup affects promotions of their upcoming film, Raabta and if they promote the movie together at all!
