Shilpa Shetty promotes fitness and health at Saffolalife event in Mumbai

Bollywood veteran actress Shilpa Shetty marked the World Heart Day at an event by Saffolalife in Mumbai on March 24, 2017. The event also saw the presence of Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, chef Kunal Kapoor and MTV VJ Cyrus Sahukar.

The actress looked great in a yellow t-shirt and denims. Shilpa has always a promoted healthy lifestyle and clean cooking. Her recently launched her own website, TheShilpaShetty.com also promotes health and fitness for people who do not find time in their every day schedules.

The Dhadkan actress has not been active in movies but has turned in to a successful entrepreneur. Apart from fitness and health, the actress is also seen on a popular video sharing channel, cooking healthy recipes. Shilpa is now also planning to launch a restaurant franchise. The actress got married to London based businessman Raj Kundra in 2009 and together have a son, Viaan Raj Kundra. Sister Shamita Shetty, too is often seen supporting sister Shilpa in her ventures. The actress is currently busy in interior decoration projects.

Years ago, Shilpa had produced and starred in a DVD on yoga that made regular men and women live a more conscious lifestyle, and anyone could follow the steps. She has always been committed to taking care of her body. Even after having a child, she has maintained herself well. Her aim now is to educate the masses on choosing a more healthy way of living. Being a working mother and wife herself, she understands the stresses of daily life. It’s no wonder that she is the poster child for health and wellness programs in the country.
