Dr. Mashoor Gulati ( Sunil Grover ) to feature on Indian Idol S9 Grand Finale?

Reports confirm that Sunil Grover was in Film City to shoot for Indian Idol Season 9 Grand Finale

Post Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma’s mid-air fallout on March 12, their movements have been closely followed by the media and new theories sprout everyday as to what their next move will be.

While Kapil Sharma is busy shooting for his upcoming film Firangi, Sunil Grover has confirmed his stance against old friend Kapil Sharma as he stated in a interview yesterday that under no circumstances would he return to The Kapil Sharma Show. He also added that he will currently focus only on doing live shows. In fact, he has already done a show in Assam and is slated to perform in Delhi at Talkatora Stadium this Saturday, April 1, 2017.

Moving on the the latest development in their fallout – certain reports confirm that Sunil Grover will be returning to Sony TV as Dr. Mashoor Gulati and Rinku Bhabhi. Before you get too excited – he is not returning to The Kapil Sharma Show, but is expected to feature on the Grand Finale of Indian Idol Season 9 this Sunday, April 2.

Reports confirm that Sunil shot for his part yesterday, at Mumbai Film City where apparently Kapil Sharma too was shooting for an episode featuring Raveena Tandon and other cast member of the Sony TV reality show, Sabse Bada Kalakar. However, the two did not interact and kept to themselves.

We are extremely excited to see Sunil back on screen in his Dr. Mashoor Gulati and Rinku Bhabhi avtar and cannot wait for him to sign up his own show with a major channel.

Meanwhile, The Kapil Sharma Show will not air this Sunday as Indian Idol will extend beyond it’s usual slot owning to it’s Season 9 grand finale.
