Begum Jaan promotions – Vidya Balan, Gauahar Khan, Pallavi Sharda spread glamour in Delhi

Vidya Balan, Gauahar Khan and Pallavi Sharda on a promotional spree for Begum Jaan in the capital

Actors Vidya Balan, Gauahar Khan and Pallavi Sharda are in the capital for Begum Jaan promotions on different platforms. Vidya looked gorgeous in a blue and black sari and completed her look with some metallic jewelry and flowing hair. Gauahar looked pretty in a long black skirt and an off shoulder crop top.

Pallavi too looked great in a white skirt and a black top. The promotional session was also joined by director Srijit Mujherji. Balan in an earlier interview with a leading daily denied the reports about the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) asking for cuts from the flick. The Parineeta actress clarified, “Whoever has put up that story obviously has a very fertile imagination, because we have not been asked for any cuts. We got an ‘A’ certificate without cuts. We were asked to tone down some abuses, which we did and this happened in January, before we decided the release date of Begum Jaan.”

Actress Gauahar Khan too explained that the CBFC just modified some of the words from the film. Khan will be seen playing a bold role of prostitute along with Ila Arun, Pallavi Sharda, Priyanka Setia and others. Begum Jaan is ready to hit the theatres on April 13, 2017
