Sonakshi Sinha’s parents Poonam and Shatrughan Sinha grace special screening of Noor
Veteran actors Poonam and Shatrughan Sinha have always showed support for daughter Sonakshi in all her ventures as an actor. Sonakshi’s parents were seen attending the special screening of the movie Noor in Mumbai on April 20, 2017. Poonam, who has earlier worked in Bollywood with the screen name Komal, smiled for the shutterbugs while Shatrughan arrived in a separate car.
Poonam and Shatrughan Sinha have always shown support for daughter’s Sonakshi’s movies and made sure they attended every screening. The screening event also saw the presence of Krishika Lulla.
Noor has hit the theatres on April 21, 2017 and has shown Sonakshi in the role of a journalist. Sonakshi is seen playing Noor Chaudhary, who works for a news agency and wishes to work on issue based stories. But her boss sends her to take an interview of Sunny Leone, as that attracts maximum TRPs. Noor has an inspiration from author Saba Imtiaz’s book Karachi! You’re Killing Me and is directed by Sunhil Sippy.
