TV actors Jay Soni, Hiba Nawab and Shruti Rawat launched a new show on Colors TV Bhaag Bakul Bhaag at an event in Mumbai on May 11, 2017. With the rival channel Star Plus launching new shows, Colors Channel too jumped in to the competition and has launched new shows. See launch event of Savitridevi College aur Hospital
The story of the TV show is about Bakul played by Jay Soni who is trapped between his two wives. Shruti Rawat will be seen playing Jay’s Gujarati wife Jigna while Hiba will be seen paying Sheena, who is the other wife. The show is produced by Edit II Productions which is already running a successful show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain on Sab TV.
Sanjay Kohli, the producer of Edit II Productions said that Bakul’s character is inspired by Charlie Chaplin while the girls are like Laurel and Hardy. The new show will go on air from May 15, 2017. See entire gallery from the launch event –
