SRK to launch Jab Harry Met Sejal’s first song in Ahmedabad – the city with most Sejals!

Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer, Jab Harry Met Sejal has already made its fame amongst the audiences. Makers of the film held a contest #HarrySeekingSejal as they head out to find all the girls named Sejal in the country! With Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, he committed that he would go the city with most Sejals and meet all of them!
The contest received 7,000 responses from all over the country, majority being from Ahmedabad. Shah Rukh then revealed on Twitter that he would be launching the first song of Jab Harry Met Sejal, Radha in Ahmedabad today, June 21, 2017 – which is also happens to be World Music Day!

A source from the production house of Jab Harry Met Sejal said, “We initiated a contest led by Shah Rukh that would result in the actor visiting the city that resides majority Sejals.”

SRK and Anushka exchanged a witty conversation on Twitter giving out the hints of the event being held today. SRK wrote, “Well, they have all agreed to be my Radha! Do you? @AnushkaSharma @RedChilliesEnt #RadhaComingTomorrow”

To this, Anushka responded, “Sochti hoon kal batati hoon if I can be your Radha @iamsrk #RadhaComingTomorrow”

Getting envious Anushka said to Shah Rukh, “Herry! Suna hai you’re going to meet a lot of Sejals in Ahmedabad? Main kaafi nahi thi?”

King Khan and Anushka have worked together in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. People like their on-screen chemistry and so they are coming together once again with Jab Harry Met Sejal. Shah Rukh and Anushka will also be seen together in Anand L Rai’s upcoming film, which has not been titled yet.

Red Chillies Entertainment has also released mini trails of the film, Jab Harry Met Sejal showing the glimpses of the movie and also telling us about the characters, Harry and Sejal.

Presented by Red Chillies Entertainment, produced by Gauri Khan, Jab Harry Met Sejal is directed by Imtiaz Ali. It features Punjabi boy, Harinder Singh Nehra (Harry) aka Shah Rukh Khan and Gujarati girl, Sejal Parikh aka  Anushka Sharma. The film is slated to release on August 4, 2017.
