Video – Jab Harry Met Sejal’s third song Safar, by Shah Rukh Khan is out!

Makers of the film Jab Harry Met Sejal have dropped the third song Safar. This is the third song which has been launched after Radha and Beech Beech Mein, which have already become popular with the listeners. The song Safar has been composed by Pritam and is sung by Arijit Singh while the lyrics have been penned down by Irshad Kamil.

The song was unveiled by Shah Rukh Khan through his Twitter account. The song came as a reply to close friend and former co-star Deepika Padukone, who said she loved the song Beech Beech Mein. Shah Rukh then Tweeted, “Sending u the next one releasing today. Hope u like that too. Safar.”

The song narrates the journey of the lead characters of the film Harry and Sejal, who go through various phases. The makers earlier released the up-beat track Radha after which the party number Beech Beech Mein was launched. The new song is a soulful track and is expected to be loved by the listeners.

Shah Rukh will be seen playing the role of a tourist guide while Anushka will be seen playing the role of a Gujarati girl Sejal. Going by the little trailers the makers have released, Anushka can be heard talking in a Gujarati accent for which she has reportedly received diction training for several months from a tutor. The upcoming romantic comedy flick is directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. Jab Harry Met Sejal will mark the third collaboration of Anushka and Shah Rukh. The actors have earlier worked in the films Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Imtiaz has shot the film at Prague, Amsterdam, Budapest, other locations in Europe and Punjab, India. The film is ready to be released in theatres on August 4, 2017.
