Kareena Kapoor launches Rujuta Diwekar’s book Pregnancy Notes – Photos

Kareena Kapoor, who is currently enjoying the pleasant phase of motherhood, launched celebrity dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s book Pregnancy Notes: Before, During and After at an event in Mumbai on July 16, 2017. The book was launched by the hands of the Udta Punjab actress as she has been an inspiration behind writing the book for the author Rujuta.

Kareena at the launch event looked stunning in a colorful top and a skirt and completed her look with the perfect expressions and attitude. Rujuta is a popular nutritionist and her latest books gives a guide to women to have the right knowledge about eating before, after and during pregnancy. The book also talks about certain related issues like weight gain, unhealthy eating practices, postpartum depression and diabetes.

Rujuta had a major hand behind Kareena’s diet since a long time. The celebrity dietician served as her guide since her time as an actress and also when she was undergoing her pregnancy phase. Kareena had made news during her pregnancy phase in 2016 when she stepped out without any inhibitions in the most stylish way and continued to work throughout nine months of her term.

The Omkara actress during the launch event shared that there is nothing they are doing out of the box and added, “I was eating basic home cooked meal which keeps me healthy and happy. How difficult is that? When I decided to get pregnant, the first person I called was Rujuta and told her lets work towards it.” Kareena is now almost back to shape and is ready to begin shoot for her upcoming film Veere Di Wedding.
