Team Mubarakan celebrates Sadbhavna Divas in New Delhi

Lead actors of Mubarakan were in Delhi for promotions and were photographed celebrating the Sadbhavna Divas in the capital on July 23, 2017. Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Athiya Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz were seen having great fun like they have in all the promotional events of the film. Athiya and Ileana looked pretty in ethnic outfits while Arjun and Anil were photographed in their characters and were seen wearing turbans.

Arjun will be seen playing a double role and also talked about his experience during the event and said, “It’s definitely not easy. It is difficult. But, it’s a challenge you look forward to as an actor. That’s what excites you, makes you nervous and work harder because you are not just playing, but two and specially with comedy… With Mubarakan being a comedy there is a definite new situation for me.” Arjun’s uncle Anil seemed in a good mood and sang the patriotic song Mera Rang De Basanti and also got emotional as he crooned the lyrics.

The Welcome actor also entertained the audience as he shook a leg on his popular song My Name Is Lakhan. Arjun, Ileana and Athiya entertained the crowed as they danced to the tunes of the song Hawa Hawa from Mubarakan. The entire team of Mubarakan paid tribute to the freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.

The upcoming comedy film is directed by Anees Bazmee and jointly produced by Ashwin Varde, Suvidesh Shingade and Murad Khetani. The film is ready to be released in theatres on July 28, 2017.
