Actors Kajol, Dhanush and filmmaker Soundarya hosted a press event for their upcoming Tamil film Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 (VIP 2) in Mumbai on July 26, 2017. The film was expected to released on July 28, 2017 but the release date has been pushed to August, 2017.
Dhanush is these days busy promoting the film with co-star Kajol on various platforms. Kajol at the press event looked gorgeous in a black outfit and was all smiles as she posed for the paparazzi. Lead actor Dhanush was seen in a formal suit while Soundarya was seen in an ethnic outfit.
Kajol is making a come-back to the Tamil film industry after nearly 20 years. The actress was last seen in the Tamil film Minsara Kanavu which starred Arvind Swamy and Prabhu Deva in lead roles. VIP 2 also stars Amala Paul and Samuthirakani playing important roles.
