Arjun Kapoor has always spoken about his attachment with his sister, Anshula. The two were snapped spending some sibling time with each other on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on August 7, 2017. Arjun was seen flaunting his rakhi, while sister Anshula proudly posed with her brother. Anshula and Arjun Kapoor were all smiles and posed as they were photographed together by the shutterbugs.
Arjun, who is enjoying the success of his recent release Mubarakan, looked stylish in a grey pullover and black pants while Anshula was seen in a casual denim shirt and black leggings. The Ishaqbaaz actor on the day of the festival shared a few childhood pictures with his sister Anshula and wrote a sweet message which read, “Raksha bandhan the day we promise to protect our sister I thought about it a lot and honestly for me it’s the other way around my sister protects me takes care of me and allows me to be the person that I am…I can never thank her enough for it but I can always hover and watch over her just like in this picture and make sure I’m there right there when she needs me…love u @anshulakapoor thank u for being the person u are.”
Arjun and Anshula are producer Boney Kapoor’s children with his first wife, Mona Shourie. The actor has earlier in an interview, talked about the turbulent times when he lost his mother at the age of 25 but his sister was then just 20. Arjun has also expressed that he does not have any relationship with his step-mother Sridevi or her daughters, Jhanvi and Khushi.
