B’Towners grace special screening of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha

The film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has been released in theatres on August 11, 2017. Celebrities from Bollywood flocked for the special screening of the film held in Mumbai on August 10, 2017. The special screening of the Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar film saw the presence of John Abraham, Vaani Kapor, Madhuri Dixit, Sanya Malhotra, Kriti Sanon and others.

Akshay and Bhumi too were photographed at the event and played the perfect hosts. The film, directed by Shree Narayan Singh, has shown the prevailing problem of open defecation due to absence of toilets at homes in many of the rural areas in the country. Akshay not just promoted the film but also promoted the message of Swachh Bharat Movement started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Bhumi appeared in an off-shoulder red outfit while Akshay looked dapper in a formal shirt and trousers.
