Arjun Rampal released his ambitious film Daddy, based on the life of the gangster Arun Gawli on September 8, 2017. The actor continues to promote the film and was snapped at an event in Mumbai on September 11, 2017.
Arjun posed for the cameras at the event and interacted with the media. A few days back, the actor held a special screening of the film for the family members of Arun Gawli which included his wife and daughters and a few friends.
The film is about the life of the gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli and is directed by Ashim Ahluwalia and jointly produced by Arjun Rampal and Rutvij Patel. The official trailer of the film managed to garner a lot of attention from the audience and the film after its release has got mixed reviews from the critics and audience.
Arjun is seen playing the lead role of Arun Gawli, while actress Aishwarya Rajesh is seen playing the role of his wife Asha Gawli.
