Fans mark Amitabh Bachchan’s 75th birthday with sweet gestures and gifts – PHOTOS

Amitabh Bachchan has left for Maldives with his entire family for a short vacation in Maldives marking his 75th birthday

The occasion was the legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan’s 75th birthday, when the entire family travelled to Maldives for a private celebration on October 11, 2017. The Bachchan family landed on the same resort where they celebrated Abhishek Bachchan’s birthday last year. Senior Bachchan was treated with some fire crackers and a huge cake which was cut at midnight. Everything was a surprise for the legendary actor.

Apart from the sweet gestures, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have also planned four days of fun activities which will include water sports and then a lavish yacht part to mark the celebration. Aishwarya, Navya Naveli and Aaradhya were snapped leaving from Mumbai. Senior Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya missed the holiday as he is studying in London.

While the entire family is celebrating at Maldives, fans of the star turned up outside their residence in Mumbai to convey wishes on his birthday. A fan club from Kolhapur made an ice sculpture with the number 75 to mark the 75th birthday of the Black actor. Another fan turned up with several handmade sketches on his car.

Apart from that, the actor was also surprised on the sets of the game show Kaun Banega Crorepati that he is currently hosting. The audience and the entire crew sang Happy Birthday and Senior Bachchan’s favourite guitarist Niladri Kumar joined the sets and performed for him. Amitabh was visibly emotional and thanked the team and the crew for the surprise. Big B has been active in Bollywood since more than three decades and is still loved by his fans who never forget to wish the star on his birthday.
