Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap host a star studded wedding reception

Ace Badminton Player Saina Nehwal got married to Parupalli Kashyap last week. The newly-weds hosted a wedding reception at Hyderabad on December 16, 2018. The couple got married in an intimate wedding ceremony and surprised everyone by posting two of their wedding pictures.

The newly-weds opted for Sabyasachi outfits and looked great together in coordinated outfits. The designer took his Instagram account and shared the details about the reception outfits, “Saina Nehwal @nehwalsaina in a rich indigo velvet lehenga, intricately embroidered with zardosi, appliqué, pearls and crystals, for her wedding reception. Her look is accessorised with a wedding set crafted with Burmese rubies, uncut diamonds and emeralds from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection.”

Sabyasachi also shared details about the groom Parupalli’s outfit and wrote, “Her groom, Parupalli Kashyap (@parupallikashyap), wears a quilted indigo sherwani in hand-dyed Murshidabad silk that is accessorized with hand-crafted Bengal tiger buttons. The sherwani is layered with a beautiful tussar georgette shawl with antique ‘tilla’ borders in burnt gold. The look is completed with an uncut diamond and pearl necklace from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection.” Those who do not know about Parupalli , he is a fellow badminton player and the two got married in a private wedding ceremony on December 14, 2018.

The two have been together for many years and have played and trained together as love blossomed between the two. Saina has a number of times brought laurels to the country with her game.
