Shahid Kapoor had left his fans surprised when he opted to get married to a non-celebrity in an arranged marriage to Delhi based Mira Rajput. The 24 year old is today no less than a celebrity and a huge fan following apart from the paparazzi. Mira inaugurated the Helping Hands exhibition which was also a fund raiser event in Mumbai on February 13, 2019.
The star wife was seen lighting the inaugural lamp and also posed for pictures with some of the children of the NGO. Mira looked pretty in an off white lehenga and a yellow dupatta. It is common for celebrities to be invited for events but Mira is one of the few non-celebrities who have been able to impress people with her charm and the way she stands as a firm support for husband Shahid Kapoor.
Shahid is currently shooting for the upcoming film Kabir Singh which is a Hindi remake of the Telugu flick Arjun Reddy. The actor was last seen in the film Batti Gul Meter Chalu which also starred Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam.
