Akshay Kumar unveils first look of Laxmmi Bomb

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar had recently announced that he will be starring in a horror comedy known as Laxmmi Bomb which will also star Kiara Advani playing the female role. The film will be a remake of the Tamil movie Kanchana and might also see Amitabh Bachchan play the role of a transgender ghost.

Raghavan Lawrence was the one who played a character in the original movie and directed the sequels of the Kanchana franchise and will be directing the Hindi version as well. The film’s plot is about a ghost seeking revenge of being wronged and so scares away everyone who stays in the house.

The horror comedy will be releasing in June, 2019. Akshay was last seen in the film Kesari which also starred Parineeti Chopra and was based on the Battle Of Saragarhi. The actor has a number of films line up for 2019 including Mission Mangal, Housefull 4 and Good News. Housefull 4 is a multi-starrer comedy that will be releasing in theatres on October 25, 2019.

Good News also stars Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh and is expected to be released in December 2019. The film is an action-comedy which is helmed by Sahil Chaudhary and is produced by Karan Johar and Akshay Kumar under their respective production banners.
