Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar welcome their first child

Indian actress Gauahar Khan and husband Zaid Darbar have been blessed with a baby boy. An official announcement was made by Gauahar through her Instagram account in a cute blue colored poster. The poster revealed that they were blessed with a boy on May 10, 2023. Soon after the post went viral, congratulatory messages, from, family, friends, fans and well-wishers started to pour in.

Gauahar and Zaid had recently hosted a baby shower which was attended by close friends from the industry apart from family members. The invitees included Gautam Rode with wife Pankhuri, Raghu and Rajiv with their wives, Mahhi Vij with her daughters and Zaid’s brother Awez and sister Anam Darbar. Gauahar in the baby shower pictures can be seen looking gorgeous in a colorful outfit. Her pregnancy glow was also evident.

The actress recently also posed for a maternity shoot for which she was praised by the netizens for not revealing her baby bump. Gauahar for the shoot wore a long colorful outfit and was shot by popular photographer Dabboo Ratnani. The former Bigg Boss winner remained active throughout her pregnancy tenure and also made sure to post fun reels on her Instagram account. Gauahar travelled to different locations for work, hosted live events and made sure that she remained in touch with work.

The actress got married to Zaid Darbar on December 25, 2020. Zaid is the son of the music director Ismail Darbar. It was on December 20, 2022 she made an announcement that she was expecting her first child with Zaid. The actress was last seen in the film 14 Phere in which she was seen playing the role of Zubina. Gauahar was the winner of the 7th season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss. She has also participated in the 5th season of the popular reality TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi. The actress has also appeared in a number of web series including Tandav and Salt City.
