BollywoodGaram.com: Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming movie ‘Ram-Leela’ has been cleared by the Censor Board with an ‘UA’ certificate. This means that viewers of all ages can watch the movie, however, children under the age of 12 must watch it under parental guidance.
The filmmaker should be happy with the ‘UA’ certificate especially because the new movie contains plenty of foul language and depiction of violence. Bhansali himself admitted that the Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone-starrer is one of his most violent films so far. Moreover , the hot and intimate scenes between Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has been the hot topic of discussion.
It can also be noticed that the Censor Board has granted ‘UA’ certificates for all of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s movies in the past. The upcoming movie has taken the inspiration from Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet and has been set in the Kutch region of Gujarat. The flick follows the story of two lovers who belong to two different communities. In recent times, ‘Ram-Leela’ was surrounded by controversy due to its subject.
The main characters – Ram and Leela – belong to rival communities. The movie is all set to hit the theaters on November 15, 2013 and will mark the first time that Ranveer and Deepika have starred together.
