BollywoodGaram.com: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan presented the CNN IBN Heroes awards in Mumbai on December 2, 2013. The award ceremony was instituted in 2008 and is held every year in order to honor ordinary Indians for their significant contribution to society.
As usual, the superstar tweeted about the event and wrote, “CNN IBN gives me the honor of rewarding senior citizens who have contributed to society .. what an inspiring moment …Senior Citizens .. !!” The actor appreciated people who were all above the age of 62 and their dedication towards society.
Mr. Bachchan went on to say that he was asked to reward those who have selflessly worked for society.
