Aamir Khan won't replace Sanjay Dutt in Munna Bhai?

Bollywood Garam: After reports that Aamir Khan will be doing the role of Munna Bhai in the next installment, the 3 Idiots star clarified that the reports were false. Earlier, reports had suggested that Aamir will be replacing Sanjay Dutt and that Sharman Joshi too will be playing the role of Circuit.

Khan had rubbished the reports saying that there cannot be a better actor than Sanjay for the role of Munna Bhai. The actor had even added that even if the makers of Munna Bhai had approached him for the role, then he would have given them Sanjay’s phone number.

Meanwhile, even Sanjay himself had cleared the air that he would continue to play the role of Munna Bhai in the movie and that Raju Hirani is currently working on the script. A spokesperson of the producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra had said that these are baseless rumours and that the casting of the movie will be done only after the script is ready.

As far as Aamir is concerned, the actor is not available for the next two years. Regarding the role of Munna Bhai, Sanjay said that he has now lost 25 kgs and is back in good shape for the role.
