Bollywood Garam: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan’s home production, ‘Bbuddah… Hoga Tera Baap’ has already taken off with the promos going on air. While every movie is trying to bring in something new and unique, Amitabh did something different – he sang the title track of the film sans music.
Music directors Vishal and Shekhar had expressed that they wanted to do something new with the actor and so they came up with the idea of adopting the Acapella style. The style involves singing with the help of no instruments at all.
When the music directors had approached Amitabh with the idea, the star had immediately agreed to do it. Shekhar said that the actor had created sounds of more than 10 instruments, which included bass, drums, snare and the chorus.
As Big B is always known to take up challegens, the actor readily agreed to the idea and rumour has it that the song came out with flying colors. The outcome of the song was tremendous as the actor did everything that was required for the song. The unique thing about the track is that every sound that is heard in the track is actually created by the star himself. Moreover, this is the first time that the acapella style is used in the Indian film industry. Amitabh has earlier given his voice for many other films.
