The latest Bollywood movie ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ can be called a wholesome entertainer, as it has all ingredients for a good movie. Moreover, this is the first time that Parineeti and Siddharth will be seen sharing the screen space.
The story is about Nikhil – played by Siddharth – who’s father and brother are IPS officers. He ends up getting involved with a Gujarati family’s daughter Karishma – played by Parineeti – who is an aspiring actress. Nikhil starts an event management company, while Karishma has an aim to improve her intellect instead of concentrating on her beauty.
Director Mathew managed the script very well and he did his best with not losing track the entire time. Anurag Kashyap has done a great job with the dialogues and Vishal and Shekhar composed some foot-tapping music for the flick. The only negative thing is that the relationships described in the movie are a bit tricky and confusing.
Parineeti’s fans can have a great time with her tomboy look and a good performance. Malhotra, as usual, looks handsome and he not only looks good, but can also act well. Overall, the flick offers good performances and entertainment factors and it definitely worth a catch this weekend.
