Aishwarya Rai not starring in P Vasu’s new movie

BollywoodGaram.com: Recent reports have claimed that Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai will be seen in the upcoming movie by south filmmaker Vasu. The makers of the movie have also released the first look of the flick, which showed Aishwarya as a Kalari fighter. However, the Public Relations team of the actress denied these reports.

Vasu – who is known for movies like ‘Chandramukhi’ and ‘Chinna Thambi’ – has released a statement which said, “Aishwarya was really impressed with the script. She will be seen in a never seen before powerful role. She will essay a Kalari fighter in the film and for the same she will undergo special stunt training”. However, an announcement from Rai’s PR team has denied the press release.

A statement from Aishwarya’s PR team said that the reports of Aishwarya working in P. Vasu’s movie are not true. The statement added that – with due respect to the all professionals concerned – the movie was one of the several scripts and ideas the actress has been approached for, but there has been no final confirmation so far.

The statement also said that the press release from the makers of the movie came as a surprise. The recent clarification has indicated that fans of the actress might have to wait a little bit longer for Rai’s return to the big screen.
