Mallika Sherawat to serve jalebis for Double Dhamaal promotions

Bollywood Garam: Hot item girl Mallika Sherawat need not have to work hard enough this time for publicity. The actress will be distributing ‘jalebis’ to her fans for the promotion of the song ‘Jalebi Bai’ in the movie ‘Double Dhamaal’.

In the song, Mallika is looking hot and sizzling, and the track is set to hit television screens soon. To tempt the viewers further, the actress will be wooing fans with some mouthwatering hot jalebis, as a part of the promotion of the movie.

Sources from the crew have said that the whole cast and crew of the movie had a blast while shooting of the song. The director of the movie, Indra Kumar, used to order 25kgs of jalebis on the sets for the whole cast and crew.

The director confirmed that while shooting the song, the mood used to become so festive that they decided to have sweets every day in honor of the song. Kumar added that as the sweets are always associated with the celebrations, the whole atmosphere of the shoot used to lighten up.

In the upcoming weekend, the ‘Hisss’ actress will be distributing boxes of jalebis to her fans in a popular sweet shop in Mumbai. The movie ‘Double Dhamaal’ is all set to release on 24th June 2011.
