Akshay Kumar to do parachute stunt in Housefull 2

Bollywood Garam: Bollywood actor and stunt expert Akshay Kumar is not only busy performing stunts on the reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 4’, but also did a stunt for the upcoming movie ‘Housefull 2’. In the movie, Akshay will be seen doing a stunt while on a parachute.

The scene has been shot at the outskirts of London. Sajid Khan, the director of the movie, has said that the actor has never done such a stunt before, but has full confidence that Akshay would pull off the stunt smoothly.

The scene was shot at a residential area. After all the permits for the shooting were taken, the actor had first taken a few free-fall tests to parachute the opening scene. Sajid explained that the scene was an important part of the movie and that it is not a publicity stunt.

The shooting of the scene was also done strictly under wraps with six cameras on the sets to capture the scene. The director said that they also wanted to capture the reactions of the people, while the actor jumps from the parachute. The cast of the sequel of Housefull includes Rishi Kapoor, John Abraham, Asin Thottumkal, Shreyas Talpade, Zarine Khan, Mithun Chakraborthy, Jacqueline Fernandez and Randhir Kapoor.
