Arjun entered the film industry as an assistant director and then made his acting debut with the movie ‘Ishaqzaade’, opposite actress Parineeti Chopra. Arjun was originally supposed to make his debut with the movie ‘Virus Diwan’ in 2011, but for some reason the project was shelved and the actor was launched with the movie ‘Ishaqzaade’.
The movie went on to become a box office success and also earned positive reviews.
