Shraddha Kapoor to be the face of India Bridal Fashion Week

Shraddha Kapoor roped in as the face of India Bridal Fashion Week.

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is all set to be the face of – Azva and BMW sponsored – India Bridal Fashion Week. The ‘Ek Villain’ star looked demure in an elegant blue and pink lehenga choli – designed by JJ Vallaya – at the official announcement event.

It was just last week that the petite beauty was seen smoldering the ramp at the India Couture Week in a Gaurav Gupta creation. Interacting with the media at the event, Shraddha said, “A bridal outfit automatically transforms you to some other world, in a world of celebration. You just feel so different and happy so I am really glad to associate with the Bridal Fashion Week.”

The India Bridal Week is all set to open on August 7, 2014. Vijay Singh, founder of the India Bridal Fashion Week at the launch said, “It gives me immense pleasure to announce the Bridal Fashion week which is synonymous with luxury and presenting latest trends and designs in bridal couture by the most acclaimed designers of the country.”

Coveted designer Tarun Tahiliani will be opening the gala event, the fashion week is all set to witness a lavish series of bridal couture by Suneet Varma, Raghavendra Rathore, Jyotsna Tiwari, Meera Muzaffar Ali, Ashima Leena, Gauri and Nainika, Falguni and Shane Peacock.
