Abhay Deol turns singer again for Rock The Shaadi

Bollywood Garam: After gaining experience while singing the song ‘Senorita’ in the movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, actor Abhay Deol is ready to lend his voice again. Deol will be singing once again in his upcoming movie ‘Rock The Shaadi’ by Ekta Kapoor.

Abhay, who stars with actress Genelia D’Souza, will be seen playing the role of a rock band member. This will be the first time Genelia and Abhay will be seen sharing the screen space.

Even the title of the movie was suggested by the talented actor after Ekta had announced that she would reward the person who would come up with a good title for the movie. This was when a casual and funny competition had begun among the cast and the crew.

Abhay’s suggestion had clicked everyone. The movie was earlier named as ‘Shaadi Of The Dead’.

The movie will be directed by Navdeep Singh and will go on floors very soon and is expected to be released next year. ‘Rock The Shaadi’ is supposed to be a crazy comedy which would involve zombies. Ram Sampath has been roped in for the music of the movie. Sampath’s earlier film ‘Delhi Belly’ was a huge success. The composer said that the concept of ‘Rock The Shaadi’ had fascinated him a lot.
