Vidya Balan hospitalized, strict rest advised

Bollywood Garam: Popular Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who is currently busy with her tight schedules for the shooting of the movie ‘The Dirty Picture’, has fallen ill and was even hospitalized on Friday, 7th October 2011. The actress has been following a tight schedule over her ambitious project, in which she plays the role of the south actress Silk Smitha in the movie ‘The Dirty Picture’.

Vidya was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and was kept under observation for three days. The actress was later discharged but has been advised to take complete rest.

The ‘Hey Baby’ actress was taken to the hospital by her parents after she had complained in uneasiness and fatigue. Several necessary tests were conducted on the actress, which had revealed that her hemoglobin levels were below normal.

Some of the sources from the production unit have said that Vidya is very much involved and is trying to give her best for the much awaited movie. In the past few months, the actress had to travel in and out of Mumbai for the shooting of the film which might have taken a toll on her health. It has also been said that the role is a dream role for Vidya and is not leaving any stone unturned to give her best for it.
