Bollywood siren Sushmita Sen turned showstopper for Indian designer Amit Aggarwal, as he showcased his collection at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter/ Festive 2014 on August 19, 2014 in Mumbai. The LFW Winter/Festive 2014 started off on August 19, 2014 and will continue till August 24, 2014.
The former Miss Universe looked drop dead gorgeous in a transparent black gown, the 38-year-old lady sure knows how to scorch the ramp in a daring black ensemble.
Sushmita at the event said, “I feel sexy wearing this and that’s what Amit’s collection is all about. When I first saw his collections, I asked him which is the show stopper outfit as each and every outfit looks like a show stopper outfit. I am so proud that we have such designers.”
Aggarwal’s outfits had influences of the weaving techniques, stripped tattoos and structured jewellery.
While talking about his own collection, Aggarwal said, “I think this idea started with the concept of women who lived their life on their own terms and that is when I thought about Sushmita Sen. The collections are contemporary traditional in a modern way.”
