Bollywood actors Kalki Koechlin and Richa Chadda were seen with Purab Kohli and Cyrus Sahukar on the sets of their play ‘Margarita With A Straw’ at Sophia on September 6, 2014. Kalki is seen playing the role of a paraplegic girl who is a homosexual.
The play is depicted on the film by the same name, both directed by Shonali Bose, and will show a romantic relation relationship between the two women. For a change Kalki will be seen getting intimate with Sayani Gupta. The film will be screened at the Toronto Film Festival. Apart from Kalki and Sayani, film will also feature veteran actress Revathy.
The movie has been named after a cocktail drink, which is synonymous with the life of a paralyzed girl and her zest for having fun.
