The legendary actor of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan on February 11, 2012 has to undergo a stomach surgery. The actor was dealing with stomach problems for quite a long time and will have to undergo a minor surgery on Saturday.
On February 10, the 69 year old actor will go through a CT scan and the day after he will be taken for the surgery. Mr Bachchan posted on his blog his stomach has already been a bed of many complicated battles in the past and shall have to entertain this as well.
Bachchan added that his body is a war zone and the doctors have assured him that it is not too complicated. The actor is at present shooting for a cameo along with his wife Jaya in the Bhojpuri movie ‘Gangadevi’ and has blamed the night appearances behind the stomach problems.
The actor also revealed that his physician was furious when he learnt about his night appearances and promised that he shall try to abide by the doctor’s advice in future. Bachchan also expressed that he sometimes feels that he does not have the benefit of a complete ailment free body structure and wonders how wonderful it would be to be normal again. However, the actor thanked the Almighty to give him courage to keep going.
