In some relief for all the fans of the super star Amitabh Bachchan, the actor has successfully undergone an abdomen surgery and right now in a stable condition. The news was confirmed by son Abhishek, who said that the surgery has been done on February 11, 2012 and is also recovering well.
Abhishek also thanked all the fans for the wishes and prayers. The 69 year old actor has been suffering from stomach ailments since he was shooting for the movie ‘Coolie’ in the year 1982, when he got injured on the sets.
A few days back the doctors informed the media about his condition telling that he needed a minor surgery after which he will be free from his ailment. Even Big B himself was keeping his fans updates about his health condition through his blog.
One of the doctors from the hospital revealed that the actor came to the hospital complaining about pain in the abdomen. After conducting a series of tests on the actor it was determined that it needed surgical intervention so as to provide relief. Another doctor revealed that the actor was in a very stable condition and is at present resting in the reviver room.
