Myntra Fashion Weekend 2014 Photos – Sushmita Sen walks for Rina Dhaka

Day 1 of the Myntra Fashion Weekend 2014 sees Sushmita Sen walk for designer Rina Dhaka.

Online fashion giant Myntra seems to be expanding its online reach into the real world. The Myntra Fashion Weekend which is a three day gala event begun on Friday, October 3, 2014 and will go on till Sunday, October 5, 2014. The event is being held at The Palladium Hotel in Mumbai.

The first day saw former beauty queen Sushmita Sen grace the ramp for coveted Indian couturier Rina Dhaka.

Sushmita looked drop dead gorgeous in an all black avatar, the stylish boots were hard to miss. She sauntered down the ramp to music icon Raghav Sachhar’s groovy tunes.

Models like Parvathy Omanakuttan walked the ramp and showcased creations from Myntra brands like Bohemia and Neo-Ethnic which were curated by the Rina Dhaka – ” Gaultier of the East” (courtesy BBC).

Expressing her heartfelt gratitude, Sushmita said, “Rina Dhaka did a fabulous job by creatively curating two very interesting fashion trends making it that much easier to now recreate these unique looks at home. I’d like to congratulate Rina for putting together such a beautiful show and also to Myntra and IMG Reliance for successfully bringing the fashion weekend to India.”
