Stars of the popular TV show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ultah Chashma’ celebrated the completion of eight years with a small party in Mumbai on July 28, 2015. The Indian sitcom is produced by Neela Tele Films Private Limited and went on air on July 28, 2008.
Actors Dilip Joshi, Disha Vakani, Shailesh Lodha, Ghanshyam Nayak and others marked the day by cutting a cake. The show is based on the column ‘Duniya Ne Oondha Chashma’ written by columnist and journalist Taarak Mehta for the Gujarati weekly magazine Chitralekha.
The episodes of the show revolves around the daily happenings in Gokuldham society in Mumbai.
