Celebrities from Bollywood attended the special screening of the movie ‘Jaanisaar’ at Sunny Super Sound in Mumbai on August 6, 2015. Lead actors Imran Abbas and Pernia Qureshi played the hosts for the screening and welcomed guests Shad Ali, Daler Mehndi, Dia Mirza, Siddhant Kapoor, Helen, Waheeda Rehman, Salim Khan, Saeed Mirza, Vijay Krishna Acharya, Sonam Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, David Dhawan, Ali Zafar, Sikander Kher, Rohan Sippy, Prahlad Kakkar, Rahul Rawail, Anu Malik, Akbar Khan and Resul Pookutty.
The movie has hit the theatres on August 7, 2015 and has Pernia and Imran in lead roles. ‘Jaanisaar’ is directed by Muzaffar Ali and written by Javed Siddiqui, Shama Zaidi and Muzaffar Ali.
