B’Town celebs witnessed the day one of the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 held at Palladium Hotel in Mumbai on August 26, 2015. The spectacular show was attended by Lauren Gottlieb, Tanisha Mukherjee, Lisa Haydon, Anusha Dandekar, Maria Goretti, Bhumi Pednekar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ragini Khanna and others.
Designer Payal Singhal showcased the collection with the title ‘Mayaa’ which has inspirations from the ancient design heritage of Mayan, Sumerian as well as Egyptian civilization. Singhal made use of geometric and structured elements from old beaten gold ornaments and translated them in to running patterned motifs.
The show saw Nimrat Kaur walking the ramp in a red and gold lehenga.
