Bollywood actress Dia Mirza turned showstopper for designer Anita Dongre at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 Day 2 in Mumbai on August 27, 2015. Dia hit the ramp in a beautiful black outfit created by Dongre as a part of her Grassroot collection.
The designer paid homage to the traditional craftsmen through her collection, in an attempt to keep the age old traditions of tie-dye, block print, jadau and copper jute jewellery alive. The weavers were brought on the ramp along with the models and the showstopper and the designer.
The show started off with Dia introducing Grassroot and concluded on a grand note.
