Kamal Haasan denies rumoured affairs of daughters Shruthi and Akshara

Bollywood Garam: The Indian film industry is filled with link ups, break ups and denials these days. Actress Bipasha Basu and Rana Dugubatti had received a lot of attention just before the release of their upcoming movie ‘Dum Maaro Dum’. Recently, south super star Kamal Haasan too in an interview had denied the reports of his daughters having affairs in the film industry.

Kamal has two daughters Shruthi and Akshara. Rumours had surrounded that actor Siddharth, after breaking up with Soha Ali Khan, was seeing Shruti Hasan. Moreover, Akshara too was apparently seeing a Sri Lankan man. Akshara is a singer and also an upcoming actress.

Kamal, while talking to the media recently, had denied the reports and said that he has faith in his daughters. Kamal in his early days was also known for his several link ups with actresses.

In his early career, Kamal’s affair with south actress Srividya had surfaced in the 70s. At the age of 24 he married Vani Ganapathi in the year 1978. After ten years of marriage the two separated, while he had already started dating actress Sarika. In the year 1988, Sarika and Kamal got married. But later in the year 2002 the couple filed for a divorce and the proceedings finally ended in 2004.
