Actor Vivek Oberoi, director Rohit Shetty and composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy were seen supporting an event that talked against tobacco in Mumbai on June 11, 2016. The event was hosted by Cancer Patients Aid along with Union Health Ministry and the World Health Organisation.
Actor Vivek Oberoi is the brand ambassador of the Cancer Patients Aid Association(CPAA).
The event also saw the presence of the chairman of YK Sapru of CPAA said that the idea is to educate the people and alert smokers and potential smokers about the harmful effects of tobacco.
