Kareena Kapoor goes live with Rujuta Diwekar on Facebook

Kareena Kapoor talks about her pregnancy experience and shedding pregnancy weight
Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor, who rocked her pregnancy phase with ease and style, was live with dietician Rujuta Diwekar on Facebook from Mumbai on February 14, 2017. The ‘Refugee’ actress talked about shedding post pregnancy weight.

Kapoor during the chat was candid and talked about her song Taimur Ali Khan. The actress said that her son is never left without a parent and that she and Saif make sure that at least one of the parents is by his side every time. A proud mother said, “I have carried Taimur with lot of strength, energy, joy. I put on 18 kgs and I flaunted it till the day I walked in the hospital I did not care. And I was photographed from different angles, my double chin was seen. My friends and family were like ‘I am pregnant’.

Kareena gave birth to Taimur on December 20, 2016 and has already started working out to shed her pregnancy weight. The actress also shared that the process has started and that it is all about eating right food and walking. Mrs. Kapoor Khan added that she is dedicated and that she is trying her best without compromising anything.

The 36 year old actress will begin shooting for her upcoming movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’ in April, 2017.
