Stylish Kareena Kapoor at Special Screening of ‘Rangoon’

Kareena Kapoor talks about husband Saif Ali Khan’s role

Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor attended the special screening of the movie ‘Rangoon’ held in Mumbai on February 19, 2017. The movie stars Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut and has expected it to be one of the best movies of the year.

Kareena, at the screening event interacted with the media and said, “I am expecting it to be one of the films of the year because it is directed by one of my favourite directors Vishal Bharadwaj, who has also made ‘Omkara’. I think that people are also expecting that because Saif was so good in that film as ‘Langra Tyagi’, which is one of his iconic roles”. Other attendees of the screening event included Kunal Khemu and others.

Shahid and Kangana gave a skip to the screening. This might be due to Shahid’s pre-birthday celebrations which was also attended by Deepika Padukone, Sidharth Malhotra and others. Kareena looked cool in a green outfit.

The actress while talking about her husband, Saif’s role in the movie said that the character of Rustom Rusi Billimoria is going to be very striking as this is the first time he will be seen playing a Parsi and a film producer. Kareena added that the negative characters in Vishal’s movies are always interesting. The actress also said that there are there are three quality stars in the movie, Shahid, Kangana and Saif and that she likes the competition. Kareena concluded saying that she does not expect less from them and are the best performers from the industry. On the work front, the actress is all set to be seen in the upcoming movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’ and will soon begin shooting for the flick.
