Actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have now got new identities. The two are better known as Badri and Vaidehi respectively and are going places and finding new ways to promote their new movie – Badrinath Ki Dulhania – together. The young stars visited the sets of the popular reality show ‘Indian Idol’ which is currently in its 5th season, in Mumbai on February 28, 2017.

Varun and Alia made a cute entry on a bicycle that had a heart on the front which read ‘To be married’. The actors were followed by a musical band. Alia resembled her on-screen character, that of a vibrant young lady and was seen in yellow flared pants and a full-sleeved pink top; while Varun wore a white shirt, trousers and a white jacket.

The actors earlier in the day had visited the sets of another reality show, ‘The Voice’. Alia and Varun were seen interacting with the judges – Sonu Nigam, Anu Malik and Farah Khan. Both are ready with another love story, a genre in which both play their characters well and have become poster children for.

Varun will be seen playing the role of a money lender, who tries hard to impress and convince a small town girl Vaidehi, played by Alia, for her hand in marriage.

The audience is waiting to once again witness the young romance between Varun and Alia on the big screen. ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and is ready to hit the theatres on March 10, 2017. This Holi festival be prepared for some fun and romance with Alia and Varun.
